On a recent Price of Business show, Host Kevin Price visited with attorney Lee Kaplan.
The recent emergence of a sexually suggestive note—allegedly signed by Donald Trump in a 2003 birthday book for Jeffrey Epstein—has quickly grown into a political crisis for his administration. While Trump and his spokespersons denounce the document as a forgery and a partisan hoax, forensic experts and media reports point to undeniable similarities between the alleged signature and Trump’s handwriting. At the same time, attorneys for Epstein survivors say the Justice Department has failed to engage with them, undermining the administration’s pledge of a thorough investigation. These developments make clear that Epstein-related scrutiny is far from over and threaten to erode broader public trust. With mounting pressure for transparency and bipartisan calls for the release of additional Epstein records, the controversy risks becoming a long-term liability, chipping away at the administration’s credibility and fueling political backlash.
