Although at first blush the reason for someone committing a white collar crime might seem obvious, the truth of the matter is that in most cases the true explanations lie many layers deep beneath the surface, where a defendant may not even realize or dare to go. Consequently, extensive and sophisticated unraveling and analysis is required by the federal criminal defense lawyer along with the use of appropriate experts in order to be able to show the truth to the Court and for the defendant to be able to repair their life.
