Author, Fighting for Justice: Religious Fraud, Mental Illness, and the Collapse of Law & Order
You’ve done everything to get away from your stalker. Maybe you got a protective order. You may have even been forced to move.
But out of nowhere you get a knock on your door. It’s not your stalker. It’s a court server notifying you that your stalker has filed a lawsuit against you. It’s filed pro se, or self-represented. Your stalker’s complaint is filled with rambling, delusional lies. And the kicker? Your stalker is demanding you pay thousands of dollars for “damages.”
Welcome to the terrifying and devastating world of being stalked through the courts. And it’s all “legal.”
