Price and Kaplan discussed how both parties are poorly handling the special committee to deal with the January 6 riot on Capitol Hill.

Kaplan noted that the Republicans chose terrible spokesmen to represent their views and the GOP leadership is practically guaranteeing that Republicans will be poorly portrayed.

Price noted that the Democrats should have allowed the GOP to choose whomever they wanted in order to maintain at least the resemblance of fairness. Furthermore, the GOP’s choices would likely embarrass the party, rather than help it.
