There is one public official who has clearly breached his duties, and that is Attorney General Merrick Garland, who failed to appoint, as was his duty, a Special Counsel to investigate the Biden-centric corruption, and who also lied to Congress and the public that Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss had complete independence in his investigation of Hunter. In fact, it is clear that Garland’s Justice Department stymied Weiss at every turn, and allowed statutes of limitations to expire. The only appropriate remedy is the impeachment and removal of Garland.
