Ron MacDonald has over 35 years of both public and private sector experience, including international roles within the Parliament of Canada and partnering with off-grid Indigenous communities and mines to developing renewable energy and energy storage projects. As a CEO of an energy storage company, which is developing and commercializing long-duration, low-cost zinc energy storage systems, his company was excited to receive public support from the U.S. Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-NY) to establish a manufacturing facility in New York State.
